From February 7 to 9, 2026, the "Carrying Forward the Revolutionary Spirit and Empowering Vigor's Progress" 2025 Red Education and Summary Commendation Activity was grandly held in Jiangxi Jinggangshan, the "cradle of China's revolution". Chairman Shen Jianhua led over 50 employee representatives to gather in this revolutionary holy land, tracing the source of the spirit, reviewing past journeys, commending exemplary contributors, and consolidating collective strength amidst the echoes of history and the pulse of the times. This journey was rich in meaning, integrating red baptism, strategic planning, honor incentives, and team forging, serving as a profound ideological tempering and a powerful mobilization for action.

        On the morning of February 8, all staff members visited the Jinggangshan Revolutionary Museum with deep reverence. Through weathered artifacts, weighty photographs, and stirring historical accounts, they immersed themselves in the arduous yet inspiring era of revolutionary struggle. This experience deepened their understanding of the Jinggangshan Spirit— 'unwavering conviction, tireless endeavor, pragmatic approach, bold exploration, reliance on the people, and unwavering determination to triumph.' The visit has infused the Vigor team with renewed conviction to overcome challenges and achieve breakthroughs in the new era.

On the same afternoon, the Group convened its annual work conference under the theme "Focusing on Efficiency Enhancement, Strengthening Execution Foundations – Driving High-Quality Development Through Refined Operations." The meeting began with a video review of the Group's most memorable moments in 2025. Heads of various business units and functional departments systematically reviewed their 2025 operational achievements and management experiences, rationally analyzed challenges and opportunities, and elaborated on the Group's strategic objectives. They detailed the core goals, key initiatives, and action plans for 2026. The conference further unified perspectives, fostered consensus, and clarified the direction for future efforts.

        At the meeting, Chairman Shen Jianhua delivered a keynote speech. He stressed that all Vigor employees must internalize the Jinggangshan Spirit and translate it into action: to uphold 'unwavering conviction and arduous struggle' as the foundation of survival, to embrace 'seeking truth from facts and daring to forge new paths' as the soul of development, and to rely on 'the people and courage to triumph' as the wellspring of strength. He firmly believed that as long as all colleagues maintain this spirit and stand united, Vigor would surely 'advance from one victory to another even greater one!'

        That evening, the "Starlight Together, Spring Begins a New Journey" New Year Commendation Dinner was held with great enthusiasm, bringing the event atmosphere to a climax. The gala ceremoniously honored outstanding individuals and exceptional teams who made remarkable contributions to the company's development in 2025, setting benchmarks for learning and promoting a culture of perseverance.  

        The banquet featured a dynamic mix of employee-created performances and an exciting lucky draw, with the venue buzzing with continuous applause, laughter, and cheers. This vibrant atmosphere vividly showcased the Vigor family's youthful energy, deep bonds, and unyielding spirit.

        On February 9th, all team members jointly visited Wuzhi Peak, a landmark of Jinggang Mountain, and the magnificent Longtan Waterfall Cluster. Walking hand-in-hand amidst the majestic landscapes and engaging in lively discussions not only relaxed their minds and bodies but also allowed them to appreciate the beauty of nature. In this relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, the camaraderie among colleagues was further deepened, enhancing the team's cohesion and unity.
